Both parts don’t really make sense apart but when put together, WOW. I’m a violist too and I understand the pain. This was written on the viola for violists. I’m working on another viola piece now too. Anyone who wants to play this is completely welcome. If it’s performed, be sure to send a recording/video tape for bragging rights :3
